Nevada Statewide Hotline: 1-800-860-0620 available Monday – Friday.

Washoe County: Please call the Washoe County Health District hotline at 775-328-2427.  The line is available from 8 a.m.-5p.m. seven days a week, with further extension of time in the works.

Clark County: Please call (702) 759-INFO (4636) for more information. Currently, the Information Line is available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Carson/Douglas: Please call the Nurse Hotline at 775-445-8100.

Information: The below local grocery stores are offering seniors-only hours for shopping.

Smith’s: Monday/Wednesday/Friday; 7 – 8 a.m.; Curbside pickup waived for seniors 60+ until April 18th

Dollar General: First hour of every day, 7-8 a.m.; will be closing one hour earlier daily for cleaning and restocking

Albertsons: Tuesday and Thursday, 7 – 9 a.m.

Target: Wednesdays first hour; closing at 9 p.m. to clean/restock

Smart & Final: Everyday 7:30 – 8:00 a.m. for seniors 65+ and/or people with disabilities

NVEnergy suspends disconnects for nonpayment for those directly affected financially by coronavirus; waiving late fees and deposits and making allowances for those unable to pay due to self-isolation. Southwest Gas suspends service disconnects indefinitely during coronavirus; offering flexible payment options to customers experiencing financial hardships; making mobile and online access easy. Call (877) 860-6020 Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (hearing impaired should call 711).
